My phone has no signal and I have just landed in Spain I have reported this issu

I have reported this problem lots of times and I was told it was sorted , I have roaming set on my account and I have turned roaming on my phone and still have no signal I need this problem sorting

Welcome to the community.

Could you make sure your phone is set to 'automatic' network selection please? It's usually in the mobile network settings of your phone.

If it still isn't working, please try turning 'automatic' off and manually selecting some Spanish networks.

@Emmawelborn : What do you mean by you have roaming set on your account? If you are on contract, did you activate roaming on your EE a/c before you left UK by texting ROAMING to 150? Having a roaming billing add-on doesn't of itself activate roaming on your a/c. Having roaming activated on your EE a/c, not just on your device, is crucial to using your contract SIM abroad.
