I'm in Mexico and can't get service can TX or phone ee says my plan is is covered abroad

Do you have a pay monthly account? 

If soo, did you text ROAMING to 150 before travelling to make sure your account was set up to use abroad?

It's monthly bill in my plan it says I get aboard usage but is I've no signal I can call or tx ee company is a joke!

What your billing setup is, is relevant only for the charges you incur. No billing add-on or inclusive plan enables the roaming facility which is required for your phone to connect to foreign networks.

That is normally done by texting ROAMING to 150 before leaving the UK. If you did not do this, you create a catch-22 situation of being abroad with no coverage to rectify the situation. Your only recourse is to contact EE CS via another means - either another working phone, or a web-calling app such as Skype.
