increasing spend cap

I am in Mexico, My bank has out a stop on my account, I need to call them I CAN NOT contact because you have a zero spend cap on my account which I cant take off. Have tried numerous times but there is tech problems. PLEASE SOMEBODY CALL ME!!

@Pablo74  that spend cap  is what you set up when you took out the contract.  EE don’t just put this on it without your agreement.   And no one will call you as this is a public forum not customer support. 

You can use live chat via the EE app under help. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Pablo74 : Are you connected to a local network? Did you receive a Welcome msg when you arrived?

Incidentally, if the reason for your issues is a spend cap, that will affect inbound calls equally as outgoing.

Does your phone show a connection to any Mexican networks? And as per the previous reply - can you receive text messages? Those don't incur a charge but are good evidence of roaming being active.
