I arrived in the USA Monday and bought an add—on pack and all worked fine.
Then on Weds - the day you changed the romancing - I had a text to say all my data was used up and I would need to buy more. I bought another add-on using your link but nothing worked. I didn’t screenshot it. I’ve since tried to buy the add-on again and still no data works when out and about, only calls and messages. My son - linked number on my account and also here - is having the same problem.
My account doesn’t show any of the add-ons I thought I’d bought, only extra charges. It also shows us both as having data left.
I’ve spent hours going round in circles, increasing spend caps and searching for a solution. What do I need to do to get our data to work in the US away from wifi?

I am very sorry you and your son are unable to access data at the moment.
Have you tried manually changing to a different network in your phone settings to see if you can access data?
Do you get an error message when trying to access data?
