I am in Canada I add icon many more time for roaming 15 /m but every time msg show technical problem try again

If on contract, did you activate roaming on your account before going abroad?

Do you have signal and did you get the welcome message from EE?

Not sure what you mean by icon and 15/m?

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

OP is saying that he bought the Roam Abroad Pass for £15 per calendar month but is not saying whether he texted ROAMING to 150 before he left UK to activate roaming on his EE a/c.

@Mahmood5512 : Having a roaming billing add-on doesn't of itself activate roaming on your a/c.
