I have the option to merge calls but it’s not working. How do I fix this?

God, i've not done a 3 way phone call in years, this is probably why they got rid of it

I used toi do one several times a month as did a lot of others, nor did it cost EE anything to provide and despite their claims it was at least as secure as group calling over IP

I do one once a week with 2 friends on their Vodaphone call merging. EE
are appalling and treat customers very shabbily

Other than voting with our feet, how do we exert pressure on EE to provide this like BT used to?

Have you looked at using one of the many apps available for group calling?

You say that everytime someone complains but no one at EE can name one that EE will use or that  HMRC support despite being a standard feature on every other  network for 40+ years

Hi @Dungate2014. 

As @Katie_B advised, third party apps such as WhatsApp offer group calling.

If you wish to call EE, you can call 150 from the phone, this would not need a group calling app.

150 doesn't support 3 way calling Ive tried, 150 doesnt support whatsapp calls, HMRC don't support Whatsapp., zoom , teams or messenger
