My Wi-Fi Calling isn’t working. Wi-Fi Calling is enabled on my iPhone, but when I turn Airplane Mode on and leave Wi-Fi connected, I can’t make or receive calls and the Phone app says ‘No Network Connection’. I’ve also turned Wi-Fi Calling off and back on and restarted the phone. I cannot find a solution to this.

@briannamckee3

Why are you going to Airplane Mode?

Wifi calling is instigated when the mobile signal is below a certain level and is automatic but in Airplane mode you are turning off the mobile service completely so the Wifi calling function would be disabled.

After enabling flight mode to disable all radios, you can then enable WiFi manually without re-enabling mobile.
