I have nothing , but the greatest respect for the Team here at EE. Just like BT , they were able to get the problem ironed out with my BLACKVIEW A95.
I was having difficulty getting my phone to accept my physical SIM. Thanks to the tech team , because they found out the reason that I wasn't receiving text messages and bless them within seconds they had my phone service running.
As with BT, the parent company, the staff are pleasant and patient. You should give credit where credit is due and I thank you very much 👍🏆🏆for your help.
Sometimes, customers forget that there are real people on the other end doing their best to provide the best service possible and patience is often required.
I couldn't get my phone working at all for nigh on a fortnight, but within minutes, I was up and running.
We must respect the staff and team ,as they respect us and give them a chance to solve the issues.
