I am abroad with no phone connection

Hi...I arrived ed in Croatia today and have no roaming available in my plan - how do I get a roaming pass when phone is not connected?

@ClaireGough73  is roaming enabled on your EE account?  Have you also enabled call abroad and make premium rate calls ?    Purchasing a add on doesn’t enable roaming.  Once you have both these options enable you can purchase the roam further add on to your your allowances while there. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
None of the above, it seems because I am already abroad and am unable to
text I can't make the necessary changes!

@ClaireGough73 , if you have Skype, there is a free number you will find, by clicking on the contact EE, the number you will find is an 0800 number where it says from the UK.

To contact EE customer service dial 150 from your mobile phone or ring customer service for free using Skype or another phone: +44 800 079 8586 or +44 800 956 6000.

If you have a pay monthly account can you, log into your My EE account online go to Menu > Account Settings > Parental and Data Controls > Enable Roaming and also Make calls abroad from the UK > can you activate both settings? 

 

If not, please follow the great advice from @Schockwave and the team will help you get this set up 🙂
