Hi, I spoke to your tech team (Level 1), and it appeared they mixed up 5G Standalone (SA) with 5G network. I have a full works for the iPhone SIM plan with a 5G standalone add-on added to that number, and I am using the iPhone 16 Pro Max. But the 5G Standalone (SA) option is greyed out. However, I did put in a physical SIM, which allowed me to enable 5G standalone (SA), but when I switched back to eSIM, the option was greyed out. What should I do now?

Hi there @ashiqcs
Thanks for coming back to the community.
Is the option greyed out in your iPhone Settings? Did you try an EE physical SIM card?
Are you in a 5G Standalone area? You can check the area using the postcode checker on the EE's 5G Network & Internet page.
Leanne.

Can you request a new eSIM?
When I joined my physical SIM had the stand alone greyed out, but I used the option in iPhone menu to convert to eSIM and works fine
