Does it cost to listen to voicemail on my EE contract

Not if you are listening to it within the EU. It does count towards your mins allowance however if that is limited. If you do go beyond your limit then you will be charged for the excess as previously stated.

@DanMac1. No it doesn't if your in the UK

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @DanMac1 and welcome to the community.

 

Voicemail calls are a part of your standard allowance, outside of this it is 35p per minute.

Why do you have to pay to listen to your voicmail on Payasyou go and you don't pay on contract

@Atkinsp : It's the same for contract as for PAYG. In the EU you only pay if you exceed your call allowance. The point with contract is that you are more likely to have an unlimited call allowance; with PAYG you always have a limited call allowance.
