Cannot make calls abroad

I can’t make calls while abroad, even though EE says I can, I’ve tried resetting etc, I have an iPhone 12.

any advice?

If you have time, I would advise calling us again on 150 to get this looked into further @Juliehug1 

Or, when you get back please give us a call for the team to run some troubleshooting for you.
