Hello all
i am hoping someone can help me, I have upgraded my old iPhone for a new iPhone 14 on the same network all I had to do was put the new sim and away I went. But it’s now not allowing me make any calls.
I’ve checked in settings and there are two accounts showing P1 & P2 so I assume there’s some cross over with accounts? But I can’t call 150 to speak to anyone!!!

Can you post a screenshot of this "P1" & "P2" account display?
Does your SIM still work in your old phone?
