I have an eSIM now but not I’m sure it’s because of that, but each time I make an outgoing call it says I’ve reached my credit limit. My bill isn’t over due, nor is it due to be paid today either! Any reason this is happening? Anything that can be done to fix it?

What is the exact wording of this credit limit message? And is it an audible announcement or on-screen?
