Help changing my mobile phone SIM/apps

Hi all

I am thinking of purchasing a Google Pixel mobile phone on EE store online 

If I was to call in to an EE store would they assist me in swapping my SIM into the new phone & checking all apps are there etc??

I'm useless at this & need help 

I am an EE customer with an existing SIM only monthly  contract

You'd have to ask an individual retail store whether they're able to assist you in setting up all your apps, but there is an argument for a user learning this themselves, on the basis that it's your phone which you have to use on a daily basis.

Swapping your SIM from an old phone to a new phone, is something that absolutely they should be able to do.

I should have said I just need them to help with swapping my SIM from old  to new phone.Thats all really.  I'm OK with apps
