BALANCE OR ALLOWANCE not working to 150

Morning 

As in my subject, this has been going on now for a few months and as yet still no answer as to the problem. Both BA and AL when sent to 150 still coming back as UNAVAILABLE, can anyone shed some light please?

Have you tried BALANCE to 150 to see if that works?

Yes tried Balance to 150 and still showing unavailable

I have recently upgraded to Galaxy S24 if that helps in finding this balance issue. Never had a problem with my previous S22

If you are unable to text 150 I would recommend giving us a call so this can be looked into further.
