Help me set a new pin

Hi @Mjperez. 

You can change your PIN by doing the following:

1. call your voicemail (press and hold 1)
2. skip to the main menu by pressing *
3. select option 3 – settings and features menu.
4. select option 3 – change your PIN.
5. enter a new PIN, then press # to save.

Don't you need your original pin number for that to work? What if you've forgotten it?

If you have VM-PIN protection on and have forgotten your PIN, CS can reset it.

This doesn't work on my Android. When I press and hold 1 the voicemail message comes immediately, not giving me a chance to press * (the keyboard disappears as well).

When you have called your voicemail by press and holding 1 please then follow these steps from your voicemail menu. 

1. select option 3 – settings and features menu.
2. select option 3 – change your PIN.
3. enter a new PIN, then press # to save.
