I didn't text roaming to 150 before I left UK. Now I'm abroad and can't send the text any mor. Is there a way to activate roaming while abroad? Please don't suggest using the parental control in the account setting as I did and it didn't work

Hi @anning
Welcome to the community. I hope you're having a lovely time abroad so far.
You will need to speak to our Mobile Care team from another phone so they can activate it from our side for you.

The link in the post above will get you to.....................
All our brilliant teams are based in the UK or Ireland.
Please check our roaming charges for calling costs
Mon to Fri 8am - 9pm
Sat to Sun 8am - 8pm
But not much use if you have no phone to call from (Will cost too!?)

Hi @Mi50
Welcome to the community.
If you're in the UK, you just need to text ROAMING to 150.
If you've travelled abroad already without activating it first, you'll need to speak to our Mobile Care team. You can find our contact information, including a number to call from another phone, on our contact us page.
