Network has been down all day today since I bought a sim only deal I havnt been able to use my phone at all I can’t call EE or find anyway to talk to them as I only receive WiFi can any one help 

Signal problems

I agree to the above too. I have contacted their team before and they always tell me there are no problems in my area...  They never want to address the problem, only hide it.   Yet they still want to claim they are the UKs best network
