Reception

When I try to make a call I get a message :- NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK.  And I can not use my phone what has happened 

Poor signal Duxford

The signal was excellent before February 8th 2025. Now we have no signal or maximum of 1 bar since then. network coverage says excellent. I can assure you it’s not!!

New sim / contract

Hi I just got a new SIM card and new phone S25 Ultra. i have signal bars, but i can't access data / send messages etc and is stuck in emergency call only.what am I supposed to do?

Poor service

We was at Newbury showground from last Thursday till todsy all weekend no internet at all even on our motorhome router with the ee sim couldn’t get connected at all anywere veery bad singnal
