Signal issues in Ludlow

If I work in the area where both masts are down would I still get compensation off my bill? Also any update of the problem. Network status only gives you a countdown or it’s taken longer than expected which isn’t good enough for a paying customer.

Resolved! Not registered on network

Hi. I'm in nailsworth stroud... getting 'not registered on network' for over an hour.  Have restarted etc but no joy and can't call ee. I'm having to stand in my local morrisons ... anyone know if a mast is down? I don't know what to do... thanks!
