Wifi Calling Stopped Working (31st)

Good Evening 

Has anyone else's WiFi Calling suddenly stopped working today ?? (31st)

I've tried all the usual fixes. Restarted everything. Everything up to date. But still won't connect. 

Kind of stuck without it as no signal whatsoever without it.

And its still down.

Can't use my mobile without wifi calling when at home so this is loosing me business not at all happy.

Guess it won't be 11th years are the UK best network!

And the PAYG add-ons pages ares still down.

How do you know BT are slowly taking over EE?

Because everything's getting worse. Can't wait till my contract ends so I can move away.

No Wi-Fi calling whatsoever in rural North Yorkshire since 31st July (just after iOS 17.6 installed) although EE assured me it was nothing to do with the OS

I’m sure it is nothing to do with iOS.  It is affecting Android too.  I updated to 17.6 and I’m working, no idea why it is not fixed for everyone, a slow roll out?  They must know more now.  Good luck

Mind's back this morning (2nd). Plus an email from EE apologising for the outage. (Or did I dream that last bit?)

Could you try restarting your device? 

Also, have you tried turning WiFi calling off and back on?

Hi Leanne,

Great to have a message from someone on the support team. Many of the complaints on this topic are because of the almost totally absent communications from EE on the topic. Please could you escalate so that service issues and progress updates related to WiFi calling are systematically put on the "Network Service" part of your website. This would avoid massive frustration.

I echo Leanne. There are so many posting to this forum there must be thousands who haven't. The system for advising your users, all of whom you have email addresses for needs to be improved. A company with EE's capability  must be able to devise smarter ways to handl their customers

So my wifi-calling has been back on since last night, but absolutely no contact / explanation / apology from EE :

Yet when it comes to my monthly bills for Broadband and Mobile, they never fail to email me !

But hey, I've just 'unlocked my Philanthropist badge' according to their latest email...
