I currently have no network signal and haven’t had since at least the 17th July, and all Ee say is they’re working on it, and to use WiFi calling, my problem is I’m paying them for a service I’m now not receiving and have to use my own broadband to make calls who I pay another service provider for. EE are expensive you’d at least expect a minimum of a signal!

Hi @Micky77
When connected to your broadband you'll connected to EE over broadband. As a result you have a service.
EE do ot guarantee a service indoors but without knowing the issue or if this is as a result of EE failures or issues outside of their control i cannot say anything further.
If you want to speak to EE on 150:they may offer you something off your bill.
Thanks

If the online status tool is showing a known issue, that's a great start - https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile-coverage-checker
Quite often in urban areas there is some overlap between sites, such that a single site outage won't always cause a complete loss of coverage - but this is impossible to avoid from time-to-time. WiFi-calling is provided as a free facility to enable you to still use EE's network for routing calls & texts, without needing mobile network service.
The service is free of charge to use, but is ultimately a personal choice.
