Hi @TeeSphotography

  1. Are you in the UK.
  2. Are you on EE PAYG or pay monthly contract.
  3. Is your device from EE.
  4. Have you tried restarting your device.

Thanks

ANY network? How many do you think you should be able to connect to. If you are in the UK you'll only have EE network available for you normally.

Or are you trying to say that you are roaming abroad and can't connect?

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hi @TeeSphotography

Do you get the error all the time or only when you do something, like make calls?

If you try a manual network selection, which networks show in the list?

(For android phone, go to Settings > connections > mobile networks > Network operators > switch "automatic" to OFF.
Wait for it to load with networks.

Or for iPhone please tap Settings > Tap Mobile Data > Tap Network Selection > Tap the slider against Automatic to turn off.

Wait for it to load with networks. )

You mentioned you don't have another phone, but if you have access to somebody else's mobile phone, like a friend or family, can you test your SIM card in their phone to see if you get connection?
