Good Evening
Has anyone else's WiFi Calling suddenly stopped working today ?? (31st)
I've tried all the usual fixes. Restarted everything. Everything up to date. But still won't connect.
Kind of stuck without it as no signal whatsoever without it.

I just called EE whole country WiFi calls are out for EE customers

Nothing we can do. It's up to EE to figure it out and fix it I suppose.

We have same problem. Reported to EE via the app, asking them to reply to me by e-Mail but no response from EE yet.

I've woken up on the 1st August to find my WiFi calling doesn't work.
According to the coverage map I should get really good service, whereas the reality is that where I live in is geographically challenging (I am in the shadow on a great big hill, and do not have line of site of the transmitter 400 yards away).
If I walk 100 yards up the road I get fantastic service.
In the house it's a different matter.

YES - our entire fleet of EE phones will not work on WiFi calling since last night. Any news from anyone??

Yes, both me and my husband noticed it yesterday. Both tried restarting (and switching off/on), and even restarted our WiFi router but nothing worked. I'd be really interested to see a response from EE as to why it has suddenly disappeared? We also have no mobile signal in our house so it's a bit of pain.

Me and my husband have the same issue. Ours started yesterday evening too. Everything that uses internet works ie i messsges, e mails , what’s app, Facebook etc. it’s just the calls that don’t seem to work incoming or outgoing.

Same problem here in Somerset - managed to get a 4G signal from next door field and got through to EE who confirmed a national network wide problem. Hopeful for resolution today - indeed hope so - a real pain,

Tried raising, but the text back response from EE is messing this up as I have no mobile! Tried email , and they just told me to try ringing again! I have a work colleague who has great customer service from Plusnet, an agent even recently sang(and very well apparently) a hold tune in request!
