Wifi Calling Stopped Working (31st)

Good Evening 

Has anyone else's WiFi Calling suddenly stopped working today ?? (31st)

I've tried all the usual fixes. Restarted everything. Everything up to date. But still won't connect. 

Kind of stuck without it as no signal whatsoever without it.

Maybe they make use of other tech companies, that have support teams in a different time zone.

@Andy_65   Must of be very lucky as it’s most certainly not working now.    Sounds like it’s an issue that’s slowly spread across the network and some customers are now just finding out it’s not working when it was and others customers it hit early today.

Yep other posts now and everyone I know has the snare issue.

EE have teams that work through the night on issues such as this.   Network problems can happen at any time so EE do have 24h support for such things.   As more post appear on here about this the more it’ll be escalated.      It’s probably going to be a server issue that handles WiFi calling.

This has been happening to me since iOS 18.0 BETA 4, even on the latest 18.1 the carrier settings are the same. This is also affecting my wifes 14PM since updating to 17.6, Mobile connectivity drops constantly and its not just affecting WiFi calling, its impossible to do anything away from home nevermind on local WiFi. Seems to happen when the phone checks for the carrier settings, it hard resets the system settings app and modem. Even trying to change from Auto to manual network selection resets it. This needs a fix yesterday.

@skriller  It’s not an iOS issue because it’s also effecting Android.

Off here today as well. Stuck on 1 bar with VoLTE. Toggling wifi calling on/off hasn't helped. Neither does a restart of device. Samsung A54 5G.

That might be the case but this has been affecting me since iOS 18.0 BETA 4 came out last week, with the current carrier settings update. It must be on EE's side and is a big blunder they 've had since the 23rd to get sorted before the major rollout of 17.6 and other Android OS updates.

Mine too. Apple 15 pro.  Also done usual things. Ie reboot rooter.  Latest iOS. My other phone suffering the same. Looks like E E issue.
