Wifi Calling Stopped Working (31st)

Good Evening 

Has anyone else's WiFi Calling suddenly stopped working today ?? (31st)

I've tried all the usual fixes. Restarted everything. Everything up to date. But still won't connect. 

Kind of stuck without it as no signal whatsoever without it.

I’m on iphone, mum on iphone and dad on android. Both iphones have no wifi calling but the android does … at present!  Suddenly went off about 6pm

Mine has stopped working too. The wife has just had an awkward conversation with her boss due to no signal.

Both wife and I have Android Samsung mobiles.

Signal is always bad where we are so depend on wifi calling to work from home

I called their tech support who were "puzzled" and eventually said they got permission to escalate me to 2nd level support but they close at 20:45 so will have to wait until tomorrow.

The frontline CS agents you speak to, are limited to their opening hours - this would include any specialist teams within CS such as "tech" support. They have the facility to escalate issues to (none-CS-facing) network-support, but sometimes seem very reluctant to do so.

Network & service monitoring is a 24/7 manned facility, as are the support teams required for major incidents.

Same here, tried everything but still no joy. Hopefully get some resolution tomorrow when I can actually speak to some tech person 🤞

Mine stopped working  7pm  31st July 2024 Android  Samsung A40 also  A20  Samsung   tried  different WiFi networks neighbours etc

done usual restarts   no Luck  not able to make calls  live in no phone signal zone

I am using a Samsung S24 Ultra and noticed WiFi calling stopped working around 9pm this evening. As of 11:50pm still not working.
