Hello everyone
The mast covering whitchurch in Hampshire appears to be down
Shows full signal but has no internet throughput
Do any engineers watch these threads?

If a site is off-service, it provides no coverage. The fact you have full coverage disproves that.
There is monitoring of the radio network, but the symptoms you describe are best reported via the online webtool.
