Very poor signal strength in Sutton Coldfield area the past 7 days. EE did say work being done at a local EE 5G mast, but 5 days later the signal is still very poor or non existant inside my own home. It has never been very good in this area but now even worse. Hope it's temporary!

Different networks always have different sites in different places, carrying different frequency bands. This is commonplace up & down the country, hence a reason for each network having variations in coverage & performance levels.
Much depends what you mean by "piggy back" - it's easy to suggest.

thanks but 18 months ago this area had very good signal strength until EE took down their mast at Mere Green Waitrose and now NO SIGNAL at all!!! Why have they not installed a replacement? 3 Three installed a new mast locally 12 months ago and 02 installed a new mast at Mere Green by Lidl so why cant EE use one of the those or install a new mast ? As we cannot get a mobile phone signal to use our phones outside its crazy and all users in this area - there must be 100s - should get a refund or discounted rate Wake up EE and BT!!!!
