Unable to make calls or contact 150

Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

I have gone back online within the last hour.
It sounds as though Swansea might have a separate issue.

I received text messages this morning, but I can’t make or receive calls 🤬

What you have is a rolling contract with a minimum-term. When did you last re-contract and how long was the minimum term?

anyone else experiencing same issue?

@ee this is an issue your side and not mine right?

I am also in the Newhaven area - and still not able to call EE or BT or to use mobile or landline ! Is there another number to call? 

What is going on in our area? Also - I did recvie a landline call from friend and then when he called back a few minutes later it was only white noise.

Whatever number I try I cannot get through to EE. Any suggestions?

BT & EE ADVANCE CHARGING FOR SAme  PERIOD AFTER I SWITCHED.  I have paid the er bill but CANNOT GET THRU ON 150 or any other EE or BT contact number, to discuss that I should not being paying the BT BILL

I'm having the same issues, cannot make calls, including 150 and 07953 966 150.

I have 3 phones, all the same problem.

Basingstoke area.

 

@EE this needs to be fixed ASAP, I use your network for business

very similar for me

 

wifi good

mobile signal good

text working

outgoing calls to mobiles working

incoming calls - people sending screenshots to me over imessage/whatsapp showing they get 'call failed' message

calls to 150 either dont connect or when eventually they do voice acknowledges my name, all very delayed and then call is cut off
