Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

Posting again in a different category, as my previous post has mysteriously disappeared from the Mobile Network thread…..Why is there no connection whatsoever when dialling 150 or 07953 966150?

@CathC369 , as you may have read and seen there is an outage and it appears to be a network issue which is causing this.

Hi all. Since yesterday I can’t make or receive calls to or from mobiles. 150 doesn’t work 0800 won’t work! I’m loosing my will to live talking to automotive chat. Texts and internet all fine and calls to 01 numbers. I’ve turned my phone off and back on , reset networks , tried to con tact face book ee. All I get is phone 150!!! I CANT

@MA2025 You post isn’t removed unless it violate the terms of using this forum, what you’re probably find is your post got moved to the same thread as everybody else who saying the same thing as you so there’s not multiple threads of the same thing. You’ve only made 4 comments so it wouldn’t be to hard to find.
just point out nobody has to respond just because you’ve made a post as it’s a public forum.

Jesus wept "this needs fixed asap" & all about compensation. You'd think they were sitting twiddling there thumbs & doing nothing, this will be getting resolved asap

I got a new Samsung galaxy s24 ultra, I put my ee sim into the device but I can make calls. It's not the device I tried a different ee sim. I want my same sim because I'm on a ee sim contract

I have this same issue but it seems to come and go last couple days. I cannot get calls to work other than to other ee sims users. Please help
