Unable to make calls or contact 150

Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

I am having the same problem, I have tried calling 150 from my and my daughters mobile and also the other number from a different phone, just can't get to speak to anyone, such poor service. Anyone have any ideas??

I also have no phone connection for 2 days. Cannot get through on 150 or the 07 number. Why dont EE grow a pair and admit they have a problem and that they are working on it..you know, customer clarity. It's not my phone because I've back to my supplier this morning.

Im from the Swansea valley and I have no signal all day  I can receive text but no calls in/out.

I am now on day 2 of not being able to make any calls and I cannot contact anyone from EE. I tried 150 and every other number possible and then I tried the chat service, which is absolutely useless does not put you in touch with a human. 
seems impossible to reach someone for help.

I’m still unable to make outgoing calls, this started yesterday, I have tried every number I can find for EE but none of them are connecting, this is getting ridiculous

Hello,

I just upgraded my contract and my son noticed the Xbox games pass didn't renew, but in my app it shows it is the selected perk.

I tried to call 150 from my mobile but it is just silent then hangs up, I tried the troubleshooting steps of restarting phone resetting the network and the issue persisted.
I tried to call using my old phone and the exact same problem took place.

I then used my wife's phone and called 07953 966 150, this didn't work and was silent throughout until it cut off.

So I am completely unable to contact customer services for any support using two phones supplied through EE with an EE sim card and a non EE mobile phone without any success.

The online chat advises me to phone when I am reporting being unable to phone EE, I can call other people without any issue from the phone.

Any assistance with this would be appreciated.

I am unable to call businesses or even the EE helpline . Does anyone know why this is and why you can only contact EE. Via phone calls. My contract details are incorrect which isn’t helpful. According to my profile , my contract ended 9 July 2025 despite being renewed on 25gh June
