Unable to make calls or contact 150

Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

I have the same issue. Best I can do when I call 150 is press the following numbers with a couple of seconds inbetween 1 1 2 2... I get audio then, but if I hit 1 for mobile it then says the support is currently down.

2 days running with problems calling and receiving calls, not sure what I’m paying for here!

The issues in question are not on the radio network.

I have the same problem. Trying to call out - sometimes it works, but then it disconnects or doesn't connect at all.

I can't accept incoming calls either.

Online network checker syas no issues, but we know thats a lie.

I can request a call back from the tech team to help me.... Good luck getting through to me then.

EE need to put an acknowledgment on their website and app to say its still ongoing

Since the outage yesterday, I still cannot get connected via my mobile or my home broadband. I am also still unable to call 150 (or any related numbers) to talk to someone in EE about it. Are there any timelines as to when services will resume?

Are EE phone lines down? I’ve been ringing 150 and 07953 966150 but there’s no dial tone. I’m able to make calls to other numbers though.

got signal on mobile. but can't make or recieve calls to other mobile phones. making calls to landlines working good and receiving data is good...

Been going on few days and still ongoing issue

I gave up on the support line and called through to sales and had them redirect me.  0800 956 6100

Apparently its not an EE issue but rather a network wide issue.

Next time, please respond rather than just deleting my post...

Service outage seems to continue, are there any timelines as to when this will be rectified? I do not have home broadband connectivity and my handset cannot call EE numbers to speak to someone... A response from an EE rep would be most appreciated! thank you.

How do I contact EE if I can’t make or receive calls and they can’t call me.  I have 4G, texts and WhatsApp etc are ok but no calls at all?
