Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

Does anyone else have signal but is unable to make a phonecall? I have been having this issue since yesterday and I’ve not been able to make a phone call since. I have turned my phone on and off, removed the sim and toggled on airplane mode, throughout various periods of yesterday and today and still nothing. Is anyone else having this issues and know how to resolve or is it an EE issue? Thanks

While my landline is still down (part of openreach/BT but not on EE) I have tried both 150 & the 0800 numbers today and they seem to connect but it's just a dead silence,I can ring my landline and hear the ringing tone in my earpiece but it's not ringing in the house, but if I pickup the handset I have no dialtone either so I spoke to my internet provider (Not EE) And they didn't even know that this issue was happening since yesterday (thursday) on the openreach network and they've despatched an engineer to look at an external fault 😔😞
Imagine all the compensation they should be paying out for this the longer it takes to be resolved (but I bet they won't) it's weird as my WIFI & Internet is up and certain customers with Landlines on Copper or Digital Voice with Plusnet are working fine as I've rang around a few of the neighbours to see if they are okay.
I know this will most likely be a common occurance when full fibre is everywhere and no landline/network service will be available during a powercut but seriously this is getting scary even now especially to those that are elderly and vulnerable and rely on there landlines for communication daily.
Has no-one even heard of a priority services regiswr at EE/OPENREACH/BT and so on.

Unfortunately it seems that the fault has redeveloped.

From goggling it says yesterday's network issue has been fixed but I still can't make outgoing calls from any of the 3 numbers on my account.
