Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

I am an existing EE customer.
I cannot receive or make calls to mobiles. I’ve not been able to get hold of my children who are meant to be coming to me today, and I can’t work. This is unacceptable to not have any communication. I’ve called customer service took 30 minutes to get through and was told to switch it off and on again. That clearly hasn’t worked.
is anyone else getting any updates on this issue?

Hi All,
Following yesterday's technical fault, we are currently experiencing some voice call issues today. The impact appears to be less widespread but we are working to resolve this as soon as possible and sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

@Katie_B Can you please let us know the ETA on this getting fixed. I have 3 phones now that I cannot use for my business.
If this is not fixed very soon then I may need to seek compensation.

Same issue here can't make calls. It cuts out without ringing. Data seems ok though.

I Couldnt make or receive any calls yesterday or today. The webiste tells me I should have excellent coverage and there are no network issues. Can't get to talk to anyone about is as it rings out on an EE phone or any other to those lines. LE12

I have been trying for 2 days to make outgoing calls and whoever I call I just get user busy and the phone will not even ring. I have signal, I can receive calls and messages but cannot make calls. I work from home and I have to be able to make outgoing calls. I've tried airplane mode and resetting my phone settings and I still cannot make outgoing calls. I cannot even ring 150 to seek help.
