Hello, I have had a billing issue and my services has been cut off, I have tried calling 150 and 360 to resolve this but when I call the call just cuts off straight away, I have tried finding a live chat on the ee website but I cant find it, how do I contact ee to discuss my bill?

Can’t receive calls on home phone but can call out. Any ideas, is this just us. Thanks

Hi,
i can make calls to landline and other numbers but not on 07 numbers, the call just ends immediately. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Me too, its strange I can call numbers which are saved/which I called before, but no new numbers, its frustrating, I am using EE mob for work and new customers cant contact me,,,neither I can,,,

We do not know, but it appears to be a major outage, which EE are aware and are trying to find out what is going on.

Unfortunately, none of the numbers work but I’ve managed to get a callback using the chat service and reported the issue.
We will see if it goes anywhere but I doubt it.

I have reported it, and they are looking into the problem, why the outage.
