Signal problems

Can anyone tell me why my signal in my house is only on 1 bar while when I was with PlusNet who used EE for their signals was always on full amount yet EE is never anywhere near that and why I can not get WiFi calling yet on PlusNet I had it 2 things that is turning my experience with this company yet nobody at EE will even help me?

@DJGAZZA : You can make a formal complaint to EE & if you don't get satisfaction after 8 weeks you can take it to EE's ADR provider. See Complaints code of practice and here is the Complaints Form .

I did they phoned me telling me there was something wrong with their 2G signal whatever that has to do with 5G signal is beyond me seen as 5G is the latest signal supposed to be better when infact it is poor just like EE I put another complaint in again but may well be going to Giff Gaff or somewhere else that has a good customer services that do not fob off customers with false facts they have any problems when their signal checker says it is working perfectly but still nobody willing to keep me updated on this pathetic service after the first bloody month this company has provided them may go for legal advice seen as I am not getting the pathetic service I am paying for

I tried that again and it wouldn't let me submit it waste of space EE are man no damn help what so ever BT crap

It just won't let me submit won't do anything apart from to back to the damn start won't accept my bloody postal code either anywhere on on this system total crap should have gone to another company nothing but crap service on EE and get fobbed off when someone calls as well heap of crap
