I would suspect a device fault if this is the case, but only a 2way SIM-swap will prove this definitively.

There's no such thing as a 5G-specific site, all EE's network sites are multi-technology and carry 2G, 4G & 5G services with some limited exceptions in remote areas.

Last time I say this I will not try phoning EE again after last week when I phoned and kept waiting for over 25 minutes to try to talk to someone and never did get the chance awful customer services from EE Nd lso store staffs refusal to help me as well and I am only into the 2nd week of this SIM card and you think I will phone EE again only to be ignored I would rather phone up and crash the automatic services you have if I knew how to do that very poor service and I will never recommend EE to my worse enemy so EE can phone me where I answer I can not say as I am very very angry right now as I am getting nowhere and I thought this place was supposed to help people not make it harder for customers.

Hi @DJGAZZA

I am very sorry to hear of your experience when calling and in the store.

If you are still experiencing service issues over the past few days, could you please try entering your postcode and device model on thEE Coverage & Network Status Checker | Check your signal and select 'check status' do we have any reported network problems for the area?

If not, you can report the problem you are experiencing which will be investigated by the network team without you needing to call, once the area has been investigated you will receive an update via text or email.

Leanne.

What a load of rubbish that is I done the search on network and signals on EE and said no issues at all so do not say that to me just another way of saying won't help me says a lot about EE and how they lie to customers some 2 weeks this has been and your putting the price up again next month useless BT owned company get no help in-store or customer services or here what is the point on having this plac just to take people off the backs of customer service staff is it. I even filled the complaints form in and still heard nothing either says just what your customers mean to this company.

Hi @DJGAZZA

If the Network Checker is showing there are no network problems, please select 'Report a problem'.

This will then be investigated by our network team.

Katie 🙂

Omg I have yet no help at all and to top that off EE have taken yet another month's money from my bloody account yesterday which took me overdrawn but it is not due until the 3rd of the month I paid it on the 1st of this month because EE couldn't take it out in direct debit and now took another month's money so I have paid 2 months in 3 bloody weeks had it with this Micky taking company that wont help customers having problems and won't even reply to complaints my as well take it to the ombudsman tell them how you are treating a new customer and won't help.

Gees this is pathetic this company wish I never joined your bloody system wont let me make a damn complaint still low signal I was told by someone who phoned me almost 2 weeks ago that there is a problem with EE's 2G signals that is causing low signal and would keep me up to date with things and still got a low signal even outside yet nobody willing to talk to me pathetic company this is not surprising owned by BT the worst telecoms company in the world for complaints this system won't accept my postcode now will it accept any phone device it put in no matter what means I can not complete a complaint may as well fine another SIM card from somewhere that like to help their customers unlike EE the worst company ever.
