I refer you to my previous post, if you want anything more than a vague speculative answer. - should be able to perform the test on 2 phones or single device with dual-SIM slots. Happy to explain the radio parameters you'd be looking for, and how to find them - much easier on Android than Apple though.

No problems with the service just EE and their crap signal wish I never took PlusNet up on the offer they got for EE SIM cards just EE won't bloody help me what so ever mind shouldn't be surprised with EE been owned by BT the worst phone company in th world pathetic EE customer services and as for the messaging part on EE app nobody to talk to on there either useless chat or who or what idiot invented that.

Hi @DJGAZZA

Have you been able to report this to our technical care team on 150?

The team will have account access and will be able to complete further tests.

Katie

I tried to but was waiting over 25 minutes to speak to someone so hung up I have even mentioned it in the Shop but got no offers of help I will not phone up ever again and as for your pathetic chatbot well as bad as EE's customer services if nobody in your shop is willing to help then I won't hold my breath for the phonelines as I said I refuse to even call your BT owned company again wish I never got this damn SIM card the only good thing was how quick it was delivered nothing else same as trying to register for rewards it won't let me finish it at all.

@DJGAZZA   So in other words you just want to complain and actually do nothing to try and resolve this.     Im starting to see common trend with your posts.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

As suggested twice previously in this thread, are you in a position to have 2 phones side-by-side, or 2 SIMs in the same phone, one with the perceivably weaker signal? That would give an opportunity to compare some specific radio parameters to identify the reason for this issue.

Your alternative is to swap SIMs between a "working" phone and a "non-working" phone and see if the problem follows the SIM or remains with the phone.

No I do not use 2 phones or SIM cards as my old number was transferred to EE within a couple of days as I said PlusNet piggy back on EE's signal which I was told is weaker that EE's which is wrong with the other company it was full signal even in the city centre where EE's signal is no more than 2 bar anywhere I go and the 5G masts are just over the road from my house so either EE are lying about there signals or their employees do not know the truth about it not blaming you I blame EE and BT who own this company and BT do not care about any as long as they get their money which is why I believe I made the wrong choice to move here because PlusNet had good offers for SIM card only deals for their customers as they are shutting their mobile services down so EE are lying about their service and how much stronger their customers signals are.
