We as EE customers in moray have had the worst signal for well over a month. With planned maintenance from 25th nov 22 for 5 days. Then a further 4 days. When is this going to be sorted. I have mobile data board band to so I have no connection. I have no gps when out and about which was terrifying late at night with my kids alone. I understand there is improvement to be made but when will we have services resumed please

The GPS (Global Positioning System) is a satellite based technology and has nothing to do with EE's mobile network
The best way to keep updated with network outages is to use the "check status" facility on the coverage tool - there are options to "report a problem" or "keep me updated" depending on the results.
