I’m experiencing the same issue. I’m using an iPhone 13. I have a signal, but I don’t have an internet connection. All my friends who are using EE don’t have any problems with their internet connection.

The thread you initially added to, detailed numerous troubleshooting steps. What have you tried thus far,
Can you make & receive calls? Have you been able to use mobile data previously? Is this problem only occurring in one specific location or is it more general?

I can receive calls and was able to use my mobile data yesterday. I already tried resetting my network, but it’s still not working. I had 45GB remaining on my plan yesterday, and now I’m trying to check how much data I have left by texting BALANCE to 150, but it doesn’t show up. how much.

Thanks for coming to the community.
Can you visit add-on.ee.co.uk when not connected to WiFi, can you view your remaining data allowance?
If you have data remaining, what happens when you try and access data? Also, could you log into the EE app and select Profile, Settings and Permissions, Manage Settings, does Mobile Data show as on?
