Signal/network issues - The EE Community

Hi therei was wondering if there is any update on the signal/network issues affecting us in Peterlee area xxx xxx

I was advised new cables were to be put on the transmitter, but had to be reordered as they were stolen about a week ago. But no further update and still very poor or no signal in the area.

Please can I get a further update?? I have been with EE some 15-20years....

The best way to check any network outage info is using the "check status" option on https://coverage.ee.co.uk/coverage/ee

This has options to "report a problem" or "get updates" depending on the circumstances
