No reception

This morning, my signal went. I can’t call or text anyone. I can only use Wi-Fi, does anyone know how to resolve this? I’ve tried resetting my network connections and turning my phone on and off but it hasn’t worked. Can anyone resolve the situation? Thanks

If you enter your postcode on the EE Coverage & Network Status Checker and select 'check status' Does this show you any reported problems for the area?

Hi Leanne, it says that there aren’t any problems in my area. I still do not have any signal. I have to use Wi-Fi and I cannot call 150. Any other ideas?

Hi @archbryan99,

Are you using a pay as you go or pay monthly plan?

Have you been able to test your phone in more than one location?

Is WiFi Calling turned on in your phone's settings?

Do any other EE users locally, have the same issue? If the problem is caused by a local coverage outage, then the resolution is to wait for that to be resolved.

If you can use WiFi, then you will be able to call & text as normal using WiFi-calling in the meantime.
