No service

Been living in my new address for 3 months now. Only time I can use my phone is when I'm at home using my WiFi. I've reported having service issues on 4 occasions now, only to receive the same reply that apparently I should have full service. Spoken to customer services their solution was try a new SIM. Tried this no change called them back only to be told nothing more they can do it's all up to the engineers who in turn say I should have a full service. Just feel like I'm running around in circles. If I drive 5 minutes in any direction I get a full 5g signal so it's definitely a issue in my new area. Just feel like I'm getting the brush off from EE which is frustrating as I've been with EE now for 6yrs this makes me feel like changing networks

Do other EE users have the same problem in your home? Was this problem evident when you first viewed your new home?

Does the outdoor coverage reflect the website tool's predictions? Indoor coverage is never guaranteed and is the reason WiFi-calling is promoted

My wife is on three and she has the same issue. The network coverage grantees 4g outside but I don't get anything

Have you checked the status of your postcode on our coverage checker, @Danny82?

Chris

Yes it's showing as 4g minimum outside and 3g minimum inside but I get zero network outside or inside

It's not only that though I also can't make calls unless connected to my wifi inside my house

What does it say when you hit 'check status' instead of 'check coverage', @Danny82?

Thanks for providing this @Danny82

This could be the reason why it has got worse if there is problems in your area.

Have you signed up for updates?

Katie

It hasn't got worse it's been the same since I first reported it 3 months ago and I continue to be told off the engineers there isn't an issue in my area
