I left EE a few weeks ago, I am still receiving My Place updates by text. When I visit the page to try to unsubscribe it sees my number as invalid, as I am now on a different network.
Can anyone tell me how to unsubscribe from the alerts please?

If you contact our Mobile Care team, they'll be able to remove you from the update service.

Hi. I also have the same problem. I left ee a few weeks ago but keep getting my place text alerts.
I have just been placed on hold for almost 40 minutes by the customer service number so not sure how to resolve this.
please can you help

I am having the same problem. I have left EE and still get the texts and can’t find how to stop them. Please could anyone help?
