I left EE a few weeks ago, I am still receiving My Place updates by text. When I visit the page to try to unsubscribe it sees my number as invalid, as I am now on a different network.
Can anyone tell me how to unsubscribe from the alerts please?

I have tried calling this number, but it only has 3 options.
1. Already an EE customer
2. Like to join EE
3. Register a PAYG Sim
None of these options are valid as I am no longer an EE customer, dont have an EE mobile number and just want these "EE My Place Text" Alerts To Stop. I have been trying to stop these for over one year now with no luck what so ever.
PLEASE Help !

This is ridiculous, being unable to change or unsubcribe and the broken status checker just sums up the failing company.
