Why can't I get to speak to a human.  I just go round in circles interrupted by various utterly useless texts.  My phone signal is so bad I keep getting from people they can't hear me get cut off etc etc etc.  Fed up with it!

Is this in specific locations? Is this a recent problem?

@Ashworth2  if you need to speak with customer services, stop selecting option one and listen to the options given, and you know that you need to select option 2  then the option that’s closest to your issue.
