How do you talk to a real person at EE? A human being that has a real voice.

I have multiple phones on my account. I need to talk to a human about this.

Is there any way to actually talk to a person at EE any more?

@MrJarvis  From your EE device dial 150 and listen to the options given,  hint,   option 2 then the closest option to your issue

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi @MrJarvis.
Welcome to the EE Community 😊

As @Chris_B mentioned, you can connect with our team by calling 150 on an EE phone, or also check out the details on how to call us from another line here:

Contact Us | Help & Support | EE

Alternatively, if you have the EE app, you can speak with us about your account via our messaging; just head to the Help section and select 'Message us'.

Have you actually tried 150?  It is an endless labyrinth of automated options.  It even has one to "speak to someone" which terminates and sends you a text which puts you back at the start of the process.  No option except calling sales gets someone and they try to put you through to customer services... which is an automated service that sends you a text and terminates the call.

So, I'll politely ask again... how do you talk to a real person to discuss roaming on my account?  A human person that says "hello how can I help you?".

Is this a joke?  Message Us is automated.  It's a chatbot. 150 terminates the call and sends you a text no matter which option you choose...

@MrJarvis Whilst our messaging option in the EE app initially uses automated replies to help route your query, once it's determined what you would like to speak with us about it will route you to one of our Guides.

Also when it comes to calling on 150, the first option will usually ask you to press one to select our visual service, which is where it will send you a text.

If you instead select two, this will take you through to the traditional menu system over the phone.
