I have been trying to call EE all day but just get tossed around the website. How do I get to talk to someone please.

Thanks for coming to the community.
You have a couple of ways to get in touch with our guides when you call. If you select option 1, you'll be directed to a text with our visual IVR, and you choose the option for you. Alternatively, if you select option 2, you can get to our voice IVR, where you will hear the options.
You'll just need to choose the option that best fits your query and you'll be routed to the right place.

EE's "Customer Service" (probably an infringement of the Trades Description Act to call it service) has fallen to BT levels. It is impossible to get any simple answers
