So I'm having the same issue as this post here
And I can't phone EE as it says I need to connect to a wireless network. I have WiFi calls enabled but it still won't let me call 150. If I restart my phone, my phone will show the message "no SIM, no service" at the top left of my screen. At first I thought it was my phone, so I put my sim in my tablet and it still wouldn't work. I check online and it says ee network is good. This has been happening both at home and at work for two weeks now. Quite frankly I'm getting extremely upset with EE and their inability to provide me stable service.
Any idea on what is going on?!

I'm having the same issue on and off for the last 2 weeks. I'm guessing there's work going on and they just aren't telling us or showing it on the network status page. Getting completely on my nerves to be honest. Glad I'm not the only one suffering from this issue.

Good evening @Smashmypumpkin.
I'm sorry to hear this is happening.
Have you been able to try a replacement SIM?
If not, I'd recommend trying this since you have tested your SIM in another device and the issue has continued.
